To give onion taste without the texture of raw onions, they are frequently used in soups, stews, sauces, and other dishes.

Specifications of dehydrated onion flakes

Flakes of dehydrated onion are typically 3-5 mm in size, yellow or red, and have a moisture percentage under 6%.
